Europe Cup
The tournament is part of the Europe Cup. It is a third class tournament at which the five best players get points for the Europe Cup and a part of the €300 price money.

Playing system
The main field plays 5 rounds MacMahon. The 10 to 12 weakest players play 7 rounds Swiss. At Sunday a 13 X 13 tournament is organised for beginners. If you like, you can only play on Sunday in the Swiss tournament, and it is also possible to play only on the Saturday. You get 60 minutes per game to think in the MacMahon tournament, and 45 minutes in the Swiss tournament. Komi is 6,5 points and Byo-yomi is 20 seconds.

Preise
In the MacMahon tournament the three best palyers and all players that won four or five games get a price. In the Swiss tournament three prizes will be distributed.
The Nijmeegse Go Club supports the tournament with €100 for prizes for the extra prizes for kyu grade players.

When you do not pre-register, you can register on Saturday March 17 between 10:30 and 11:30 am at the tournament location.

Staying over
You can stay over with one of the members of the Nijmeegse Go Club. If you plan on doing so, please pre-register. Only when you pre-register, we can guarantee a place to stay (when you plan to come the day before, you need to pre-register and phone prior to coming). You need to bring your own mattress and sleeping bag.

Tournament Fee
The tournament fee is €12 (youngster €6) when you pre-register and pay in time. Otherwise, you pay €14 (youngster 7,00€). The tournament fee includes lunch on both days.
